The Burleson Centennial High School and Kerr Middle School Guard programs include approximately 50 – 60 student performers each school year. Under the creative and administrative leadership of director Victor Mooney, the Burleson Centennial and Kerr programs are an invaluable and integral component of the overall program. These programs are founded upon the principles of student enrichment and development through expressive movement and technique training.
The Burleson Centennial Winter Guard is a WGI Scholastic A Semi-Finalist, 2023 North Texas Color Guard Association National A Gold Medalist, 2022 North Texas Color Guard Association Scholastic A Gold Medalist, and is the MA Dance 2019 and 2021 National Champion Winter Guard. The Kerr Winter Guard was the North Texas Color Guard Association Gold Medalist in 2019 and 2023. Kerr Winter Guard was the 2022 North Texas Color Guard Association Silver Medalist. The Centennial and Kerr color guard programs are consistently supported by our incredible directors, as well as our network of parents who make up our booster club organization.
